Raised on rotational pasture with a Non-GMO, no-corn, no-soy diet and processed in a USDA small-batch facility, these hearts deliver exceptional purity, flavor, and quality.
Our chicken hearts come from birds raised outdoors on real pasture where they move daily, forage naturally, and develop clean, healthy muscle tissue. This natural lifestyle produces superior organ meats—more flavorful, nutrient-rich, and ethically sourced.
We feed a Non-GMO, no-corn, no-soy ration because corn can raise a chicken’s internal temperature by up to 10 degrees, reducing movement and negatively impacting natural muscle development. Clean, healthy organ meats require protein, hydration, and movement, and our rotational grazing model ensures exactly that.
Our chickens never stand in their waste or remain in one area long enough to develop parasite loads. Instead, rotational grazing allows the sun to naturally sanitize each pasture section before the birds return—meaning no routine antibiotics or unnecessary drugs.
